Hand Rolled Chocolate Truffles

Product Info

There's an art to a perfect hand-rolled truffle. In this class, you'll learn it.

In this hands-on class, you'll dive straight in — scooping and rolling truffles using ganache we've prepared ahead, getting a feel for the technique right from the start. While your truffles chill, Chocolatier Phyllis Robinson takes you through a live demonstration on making truffle ganache from scratch, walking you through the ratios and techniques that make the difference between good and exceptional. Then it's back to your truffles — dipping and finishing them with a variety of toppings, coatings, and decorations.

Along the way, we'll talk chocolate, taste chocolate, and have a lot of fun doing it.

You'll leave with a beautifully boxed collection of the truffles you made in class — plus a container of fresh ganache to roll more at home.

A few things to know before you arrive

This class takes place in our production kitchen. Aprons and gloves are provided, but chocolate has a mind of its own — machine-washable clothing is recommended. Please secure loose hair and skip the strong scents, as they get in the way of tasting chocolate.

Light refreshments are provided.
